Wesley represented the world’s largest insurance companies as an attorney at the premiere insurance defense law firm in Florida. He successfully litigated hundreds of complex cases and obtained countless successful results for his clients, including first-of-their-kind decisions in trial and appellate courts. During his tenure at the firm, Wesley identified inefficiencies in the legal process that could be solved using technology and data. He left his successful career as a lawyer to develop CaseGlide. He regularly advises major institutions on insurance matters, including reinsurers, rating agencies, hedge funds, and governmental entities. He writes for industry-leading information sources such as Claims Journal, Insurance Thought Leadership, The Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, and Carrier Management. He is also the founder of the First Party Property Insurance Blog, which was recognized by the American Bar Association and is included in its directory of legal websites.

Carly began her career as a commercial litigator at a large international law firm. She possesses extensive experience in insurance litigation, consumer and banking litigation, business torts, contract disputes, unfair trade practices, fraud, trade secrets, and non-competition agreements. Carly subsequently held the position of associate general counsel at a national healthcare organization, where she managed day-to-day corporate and legal issues, including contracting, labor and employment, operations, transactions, risk management, regulatory matters, intellectual property, and compliance. Carly also managed the organization’s portfolio of insurance, including coverage for general and professional liability insurance, property, billing errors and omissions, and network security and privacy liability.

While on Wall Street, Irv managed breakthrough technology transitions that would change the finance world forever – process enhancements, business intelligence, project management, and analytics. As the client in those transactions, he learned how to successfully implement breakthrough technology on a grand scale. Additionally, as a finance executive, he was responsible for ensuring that his companies achieved impressive returns on each technology investment. Irv’s passion for business innovation helped him climb to the top of Wall Street. He has held numerous management positions including:

Jennifer Finney

Jennifer graduated with honors from The University of Tampa with her Bachelors’ degree in Public Health and Masters’ degree in Business Entrepreneurship. Prior to joining CaseGlide in 2018, Jennifer worked for venture capital firm, Florida Funders in 2016 where she worked on the deal flow process and vetting startup companies in Florida. Most recently Jennifer was an employee benefits advisor at Baldwin Krystyn Sherman Partners, and insurance broker and consulting firm in Tampa, in where she focused on strategy, business development and insurance risk management. Jennifer is also a partner in Social Venture Partners where she helps build social enterprises to be sustainable and impactful ventures, and she an advisor for Ark Applications, a private equity and consulting firm in Tampa focused on business evaluation and strategic growth.

She has implemented large, multi-million dollar, complex, global software solutions for clients within the public sector, healthcare, education and manufacturing organizations. She is experienced in the implementation of Cloud software solutions. Cheryl has been successful in managing large portfolios of clients and working closely with them to optimize the use of technology solutions allowing them to reach or surpass their key strategic goals and ensure Client Success. Cheryl holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Clark University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Accounting. She is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Tom has extensive experience as a leader and an individual contributor across consulting sales, delivery, program and business management in both the Public Sector (State & Local Government, Federal DOD/Civilian and Canada) and Commercial market segments.

While at Oracle Corporation for 19 years, Tom held positions with increasing responsibility in Consulting sales and delivery. As the Vice President of North America Consulting, Tom was responsible for driving unparalleled sales growth and successful delivery for a $250M business for Oracle applications and technology segments throughout the United States and Canada.

Prior to Oracle, Tom held individual contributor and management roles in Sybase Corporation, Computer Task Group (CTG), IBM, PepsiCo and General Dynamics

Tom received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from Potsdam College. He has completed numerous executive leadership and sales management training programs and is an Oracle Certified Cloud Consultant.

Tom currently resides in the Hartford, Connecticut area.

During her career, she was part of Elevate Services, the leading provider of legal tech services. While at Elevate, Fran led the implementation of legal software for large corporations such as Google, Facebook, and GAP. Fran will be solving claims litigation’s most significant opportunities through product innovation. Her focuses include creating the first software to seamlessly handle litigation management and e-billing, simplifying the e-billing workflow to unlock opportunities, and harvesting the resulting data to help insurers choose the right attorneys.

Dave Campbell joins CaseGlide after spending the past 24 years in various leadership roles with Fortune 100 Information Technology companies.

Prior to joining CaseGlide, Dave spent 13 years at Oracle, one of the largest computer technology corporation’s in the world. In this role he successfully oversaw customer success in both the CPQ space and Oracles Cx Cloud, with a focus customer adoption and implementation. He also held sales leadership roles.

Dave has previously spent over 8 years with Unisys, a global information technology company as Vice President and General Manager. During his tenure there, Dave was responsible for the Midwest region Public Sector business, generating double-digit growth each year.

Born and raised in Prague, Czech Republic, Silvie studied law at the Charles University in Prague. During her 4 years as a law clerk, and later an associate, at the Prague office of the New-York based law firm of Dewey Ballantine, Silvie met her U.S. husband of 15 years and relocated to Tampa, Florida. Prior to joining the CaseGlide team, Silvie worked for 6 years as a contract legal worker in the Property Group of the Florida law firm of Cole, Scott, & Kissane P.A. The focus of her work there was property insurance defense, which provided Silvie with a unique perspective both from the standpoint of a CaseGlide law-firm user and the insurance-company client. Silvie has two children, Christopher (14) and Caroline (11), and loves to travel, read and watch movies.

In this capacity, he works to ensure that the day-to-day operations of the sales team remain aligned with the strategic goals of CaseGlide. Nick also focuses on issues facing the company and long-term business initiatives. Additionally, Nick provides leadership for the company's Training, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams.

Prior to joining the company, Nick spent time in both healthcare insurance and software industries.

Andrea Stachnik

Andrea has an extensive background working as a financial analyst. She has worked in FP&A for Barry Callebaut, the world’s largest chocolate manufacturer. She created and reported on the budget and financial forecasts for North American operations. Prior to Barry Callebaut she worked as an analyst for Jones Lang LaSalle providing financial advice and analysis for clients in commercial leasing and tenant representation. In her role as Director of Analytics at CaseGlide, Andrea oversees the analytics team and creates new and dynamic ways to understand and present data for CaseGlide clients.

Andrea studied finance and economics at Loyola University in Chicago. She focused her coursework on economic development and has always had an interest in finding ways to bring data analytics to the world of development and non-profit management. From 2011 to 2016 she founded and ran her own non-profit Unmarked Streets, which provided education and training to Guatemalan women on topics related to business management and entrepreneurship. Today she serves as President of the Board of Directors for Namaste Direct – a non-profit offering microcredit, training and mentorship to small businesses in Guatemala.
