Wesley represented the world’s largest insurance companies as an attorney at the premiere insurance defense law firm in Florida. He successfully litigated hundreds of complex cases and obtained countless successful results for his clients, including first-of-their-kind decisions in trial and appellate courts. During his tenure at the firm, Wesley identified inefficiencies in the legal process that could be solved using technology and data. He left his successful career as a lawyer to develop CaseGlide. He regularly advises major institutions on insurance matters, including reinsurers, rating agencies, hedge funds, and governmental entities. He writes for industry-leading information sources such as Claims Journal, Insurance Thought Leadership, The Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, and Carrier Management. He is also the founder of the First Party Property Insurance Blog, which was recognized by the American Bar Association and is included in its directory of legal websites.
Carly began her career as a commercial litigator at a large international law firm. She possesses extensive experience in insurance litigation, consumer and banking litigation, business torts, contract disputes, unfair trade practices, fraud, trade secrets, and non-competition agreements. Carly subsequently held the position of associate general counsel at a national healthcare organization, where she managed day-to-day corporate and legal issues, including contracting, labor and employment, operations, transactions, risk management, regulatory matters, intellectual property, and compliance. Carly also managed the organization’s portfolio of insurance, including coverage for general and professional liability insurance, property, billing errors and omissions, and network security and privacy liability. In her role as Chief Legal Office at CaseGlide, Carly manages the company’s legal affairs.
Rachel O’Steen is a certified project management professional. In her role as Senior Director of Client Operations, Rachel oversees operations management and client support services for the company. She is also responsible for managing various aspects of the software application, as well as regularly interacting with and ensuring the success of CaseGlide’s insurance company users, including executives, adjusters, and other personnel. Prior to joining CaseGlide, Rachel spent many years honing her skills in product development, product maintenance, and business development. Rachel also possesses significant experience in SaaS functionality design and documentation, interactive web application and SaaS application prototypes, web content development, production demonstration, and training videos. In her free time, Rachel enjoys live music, creative writing, and spending time with her daughter.
Born and raised in Prague, Czech Republic, Silvie studied law at the Charles University in Prague. During her 4 years as a law clerk, and later an associate, at the Prague office of the New-York based law firm of Dewey Ballantine, Silvie met her U.S. husband of 15 years and relocated to Tampa, Florida. Prior to joining the CaseGlide team, Silvie worked for 6 years as a contract legal worker in the Property Group of the Florida law firm of Cole, Scott, & Kissane P.A. The focus of her work there was property insurance defense, which provided Silvie with a unique perspective both from the standpoint of a CaseGlide law-firm user and the insurance-company client. Silvie has two children, Christopher (14) and Caroline (11), and loves to travel, read and watch movies.
JD has an extensive background working in the technology sector, and brings to CaseGlide a decade of practical application in a variety of both C2B and B2B Customer Experience roles. He lends his technical expertise and communications acumen to ensure that every user interaction meets the highest standards and to guarantee that every CaseGlide feature is designed with the user’s experience held paramount. When he is not helping CaseGlide’s users make the most of their CaseGlide experience, JD pursues interests in quantum physics and the latest gadgets while enjoying travel and a nice cabernet.
Summer Strickler is a Florida native who grew up in Tallahassee, and has called Tampa home for the past eight years. She studied psychology at the University of South Florida; however, what was meant to be a temporary job in the legal field at Cole, Scott and Kissane, turned into a new career path for her. After working as a paralegal in the insurance defense and PIP departments for several prominent Tampa law firms, she became CaseGlide's Director of Legal Operations. In this position, she serves as the liaison between insurers and their defense counsel to help ensure law firms' success. She brings a thorough understanding of the challenges of the insurance industry and extensive experience in insurance defense litigation. In her spare time, Summer enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee for a competitive, traveling club team. She also has a deep passion for electronic music and her dog, Cooper.
As the Director of Analytics, George manages a team of data analysts, business analyst, report designer, and support personnel to produce the CaseGlide monthly, quarterly and annual reports. He and his team also address special requests for ad hoc analytic reports.
George has over 20 years’ experience as a successful Business Analyst and Project Manager in differing industries including Internet consulting, healthcare insurance, Web design/development, and financial software, where he has helped organizations become more efficient, effective and better in handling change.
Andrea has an extensive background working as a financial analyst. She has worked in FP&A for Barry Callebaut, the world’s largest chocolate manufacturer. She created and reported on the budget and financial forecasts for North American operations. Prior to Barry Callebaut she worked as an analyst for Jones Lang LaSalle providing financial advice and analysis for clients in commercial leasing and tenant representation. In her role as Analytics Associate at CaseGlide, Andrea analyzes data and produces insurer and industry-specific claims litigation reports.
Andrea studied finance and economics at Loyola University in Chicago. She focused her coursework on economic development and has always had an interest in finding ways to bring data analytics to the world of development and non-profit management. From 2011 to 2016 she founded and ran her own non-profit Unmarked Streets, which provided education and training to Guatemalan women on topics related to business management and entrepreneurship. Today she serves on the board of Directors for Namaste Direct – a non-profit offering microcredit, training and mentorship to small businesses in Guatemala.
After spending over thirty years as an executive for the Wall Street banks and large private conglomerates, Irv now lends his wealth of knowledge and expertise to CaseGlide as a business advisor. While on Wall Street, Irv managed breakthrough technology transitions that would change the finance world forever – process enhancements, business intelligence, project management, and analytics. As the client in those transactions, he learned how to successfully implement breakthrough technology on a grand scale. Additionally, as a finance executive, he was responsible for ensuring that his companies achieved impressive returns on each technology investment. Irv’s passion for business innovation helped him climb to the top of Wall Street. He has held numerous management positions including:

Maja, an analytics guru, assists the Data Analytics Department with data mining and producing analytics reports using CaseGlide’s proprietary methods. Each day, she puts her skill and imagination to work to create useful content for CaseGlide’s users. Prior to joining CaseGlide, Maja worked as a quality control manager at a large international organization, where she monitored and advised on the performance of the quality management system, produced data and reporting on performance, and measured against set standards. Maja speaks six languages, and she enjoys running, hiking, rock climbing, and reading.
