The audit was conducted by A-LIGN ASSURANCE, a leading provider of cybersecurity and compliance services. The SOC 2 Type l examination performed by A-LIGN included the 2017 Trust Services Criteria (TSP section 100) regarding the Common Criteria/Security Principle surrounding the Company’s Claims Litigation Management Software Services System.
The examination was conducted in accordance with the attestation standards established by the AICPA and was performed to determine if the written assertion by management fairly presents the Company’s environment related to the 2017 Trust Services Criteria regarding the Common Criteria/Security Principle in all material respects, and based upon criteria stated by the AICPA.
“Based on our examination we have obtained reasonable assurance, in all material respects, that the description is fairly presented based on the description criteria, and the controls were suitably designed to meet the applicable trust services criteria,” said A-LIGN CEO Scott Price in a confirmation of audit letter.
